First portion of article is about Steve Smith life history and education. Steve Smith was born in Sydney to an Australian father named Peter, & English Mother, Gillian. Steve got his early education at Menai high School. At the age of 17, Steve was dropped out of the High School Certificate to play cricket in England. Steven started playing cricket with Illawong Menai Cricket Club. Steve scored his first century in th 1998/1999 season at Casuarina Oval. Steve played his debut first class match against Western Australia at the SSG on 24 January, 2008. He has scored 33 runs in the very his debut inning. One of the early achievement of Steve Smith was being the leading wicket taker in 2008 KFC Big Bash tournament. Due to his best performance, he was named as second best player of that tournament.  Steve started his international career in February, 2010 playing as a leg spinner against Pakistan in a T20. In the very same month, he made his ODI debut against West Indies.

Steve Smith is married to Dani Willis in June, 2017 on a holiday in New York. Steve Smith wife Dani Willis was a commerce and law student at Macquarie University in 2011. Smith loves baseball. He is a keen follower of of various sports. He is also a keen horse racing fan who has a share in four racehorses, three with leading trainer Chris Waller. Smith is also a keen Rugby league fan. He also loves tennis and he calls his meetup with Roger Federer as the best day of his life.
