Saeed Ajmal life History
Saeed Ajmal was born on 14 October, 1977. He started playing for Faisalabad in 1995. He got man of the match award when his team (Faisalabad Wolves) won T-20 cup in 2005. Again in 2006, when Faisalabad won Patron Cup, Saeed was declared best bowler of the tournament & was given RS.25,000 cash prize. He started playing for Pakistan in 2008 at the age of 30 years. He played his first test in 2009. He was reported for his bowling action but he cleared that test. Saeed Ajmal was added in 15 members squad for ICC T-20 world cup 2009. He replaced those players who were dropped because of having contract with ICL. Saeed joined Afridi to made Pakistan 2009 World cup champion. He finished off with 12 wickets in 7 seven matches & become second highest wicket taker after Umar Gul who had got 13 wickets.
Saeed continued his good performance in 2010 world cup but the end was very disappointed as he was struck 3-sixes by Michael Hussey in Semi-final which resulted in lost for Pakistan. After that world cup, Pakistan visited England on tour.He played second test match. Although Pakistan lost that match, yet Saeed performed well & took 5-wicket haul. In 2011 world cup, Pakistan had given good performance by stepping into Semi-final where they were defeated by India. Saeed took 5 wickets at an average of 18.60. When Pakistan beat Sri-lanka in 2011, Ajmal get #1 spot in ODI ranking. Ajmal maintained this spot for 3 years when Sunil Narine in 2014 became #1 ODI bowler.

Saeed Ajmal made numerous records for Pakistan cricket. In 2009 world cup, with his excellent bowling performance, Pakistan managed to won ICC title. He got 12 wickets in 7 seven.
Saeed ajmal was awarded with Sitara-e-Imtiaz award for his supert performances for Pakistan by President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain in 2015.
Saeed got 10 times 5-wickets haul in test. The first one came in 2010 against England. He got this award 3-times in 2011. The last one came in 2014 against Sri-lanka where he took 5 wickets with an economy rate of 2.80.
He got 10 wickets haul for 4 times. First one came against West Indies in 2011 where he get 11 wickets for 111 runs. The last one was in 2013 against Zimbabwe where he get 11 wickets for 118 runs.
One Day Records
Ajmal got 5 wickets haul for 2 times in ODI yet he remain one of the most economical bowler for Pakistan. He got man of the series award in ODI against South Africa in 2013/2014.
Twenty 20 awards
Ajmal remained one of the most economical T20 bowler. He made Pakistan victorious in numerous T20 games with his supert bowling skills. He got player of the series award in 2012 against UAE where he took 6 wickets for 56 runs. Pakistan had won that series by 2-1. His only man of the match T20 award came against Australia in 2012/2013 where he got 2 wickets for 20 runs. Pakistan won that match in super ove.
